Hovli Poyon was one of the best accommodations to stay for us in Uzbekistan. Comfortable and cozy rooms, excellent breakfast and wonderful garden! Wi-Fi also was pretty good. We would recomment the hotel for middle budget travellers.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable. The grounds are lovely. The history of the place is fascinating. The AC works great in the room. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. The wifi was fine (though it was out the first day of our stay). Good location between major sights of old town Bukhara. Highly recommend. We'd stay here again next time in Bukhara.

Very atmospheric hotel built in the 19th century and set around a vine covered courtyard with two floors of rooms. Room very comfortable with bamboo ceiling and good shower/bathroom. Eating breakfast in the courtyard in the cool morning air a treat

A small hotel, situated in the old town, ina walking distance from most of the well know sight seeing monuments. They welcomed us with homemade tea and local nuts and fruits. Calm and quiet, with a nice internal garden, proper and clean to the bone! The owner Mr Akbar (french speaker) is a kind and gentle man ready to assist and help in any possible way. Rooms are clean, big and spatious, hot water all day. Excellent breakfast with local homemade delicasies. Highly recommended!

Very well located (even through not so easy to find the first time but locals wil help you); we very much appreciated the inner courtyard, where you can have a cup of tea or a rest; cosy rooms and very clean and comfortable bathrooms; English and French spoken by a very helpfull staff; our best stop in Uzbekistan

Our taxi driver couldn't get close to the hotel however at the drop off there was a man waiting for us, who helped us with the luggage. The hotel is situated in an old building with a huge patio rather in ancient style. Lots of green. Our room was very dark, the air condition worked ok. It was very hot in the bathroom. No fridge, unfortunatelly. Massive breakfast, friendly stuff. Location, apart from difficulties with finding the place and bringing the luggage is nice, quite close to Lyabi Hauz or market halls.
